We here at Alpha Gamma Omega pride ourselves on our strong brotherhood, excellent     academics, competitiveness in athletics, and our Christian fellowship. We strive to better the community, university, and ourselves by participating in and around the Isla Vista area. As part of the Greek system and the Christian community, we hold very dear to our morals, ethics, and purpose that it shall be an aim to further ourselves as individuals. Here at AGO, we enjoy spending time in fellowship through social gatherings and personal interaction. Each of us here brings something new, different, and unique. We're all brought here by our love for the Lord and hope that upon your arrival to UCSB, you'll stop by and say hello. We'd be happy to show you around, so stop on by!

ATO participates in countless hours of community service each year and hosts the annual All Sorority Volleyball Tournament. The brothers of Alpha Tau Omega share, "a bond as strong as right itself and as lasting as humanity" (Alpha Tau Omega Creed), which can be seen through our unmatched desire to create a strong brotherhood. Brotherhood events include an Annual Fishing Trip off the coast of Santa Barbara, Broomball Tournaments, and Barbeques for UCSB's championship sport's teams.     Sigma Pi (sigma pi)

http://www.joinsigmapi.com

Sigma Pi is one of the oldest and newest fraternities at UCSB! Originally established on the old Riviera campus in 1947, the Alpha-Omicron chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity was one of the 3 original National men's fraternities at UCSB. After a period of inactivity, the Alpha-Omicron chapter was re-colonized at UCSB in January 2007, and re-chartered in January 2008. Sigma Pi Fraternity itself was founded in 1897, and stands as one of the strongest and most respected organizations in the Greek letter world with over 140 chapters & colonies throughout North America. Sigma Pi is also one of the largest fraternities in the State of California with over 20 chapters & alumni clubs, and is the only Greek-letter organization in North America with a service project designed to give back to our host Universities and Colleges through our ACE Project (Altruistic Campus Experience). Founded on the ideals of scholarship, leadership, service and civility, we have a full local calendar of social, brotherhood, athletic, academic, community service and philanthropic events throughout the year. Sigma Pi and its Alpha-Omicron Chapter continue to seek out a new generation of leaders to become Brothers in the fraternity, and we actively recruit scholars, leaders, athletes and gentlemen. Sigma Pi is not about the stereotypical image that is associated with Greek Life. Our Brothers come from all walks of life, and despite this, we take pride in being one of the most closely knit fraternities on campus. It will always be the goal of Sigma Pi to strive for quality, not quantity. We are a Brotherhood for life. If you are interested in joining or receiving more information, please contact our Sage at alphaomicron@sigmapi.org.

Zeta Beta Tau is a new arrival and currently in expansion on the UCSB campus. The mission of Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT) is to foster and develop in its membership the tenants of its Credo: Intellectual Awareness, Social Responsibility, Integrity, and Brotherly Love, in order to prepare its members for positions of leadership and service within their communities. Mindful of its founding in 1898 as the Nation's first Jewish fraternity, ZBT will preserve and cultivate its relationship within the Jewish community. Since 1954, ZBT has been committed to its policy of non-sectarian Brotherhood, and values the diversity of its membership. ZBT will recruit and initiate men of good character, regardless of religion, race, or creed, who are accepting of the fraternities principles of Intellectual Awareness, Social Responsibility, Integrity, and Brotherly Love.
