Updates on DACA

LATEST INFORMATION
In June, the Supreme Court issued an opinion on DACA. This is a positive decision for DACA recipients within our undocumented community who are also students, staff, and faculty. We are also reminded that there is much to be done for our entire undocumented immigrant community, particularly for those who do not have DACA. Please see Chancellor Yang's statement and the UC Office of the President on the ruling.

On July 28, 2020, DHS issued a new memo having negative impact on DACA. For more information check out this newsletter.
