Provides medical and dental services, social services and referrals to American Indians living in Santa Barbara. They also provide substance abuse counseling (in group settings or individually), outreach, transportation, and health promotion/disease prevention education. Elders program and Youth program stresses self esteem through academic success and cultural awareness.

Provides job training, career counseling, academic and educational advisement, drug and alcohol education, prevention, information and referral. They also provide Indian Health Service medical and dental referrals and resources for low cost counseling, as well as assistance in tribal enrollment. Bureau of Indian Affairs provides information on roll numbers and on upcoming events.

The Santa Ynez Reservation is located in Santa Barbara County, California and was established and officially recognized by the federal government on December 27, 1901. Today, the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians remains the only federally-recognized Chumash tribe in the nation.
