The UCSB Visitor Center provides more than 40,000 guests who visit campus each year with presentations by professional staff and tours by student guides. In addition, the Center hosts more than 350 school and community groups in visits to UCSB from high schools and other organizations throughout California and beyond. Group visits include an admissions presentation and campus tour, plus other activities when available.
The Visitor Center coordinates UCSB’s Spring Insight Open House in April, semi-annual counselor conferences, and regional receptions throughout the state that provide high-achieving applicants with additional information about UCSB.

Opportunities include giving presentations and meeting informally with prospective and newly admitted students, serving as departmental representatives at annual open house events, and traveling to regional receptions to encourage high-achieving students to enroll at UCSB.
