Registration Instructions with important dates:

• Complete the on-line registration form by September 15, 2009.
• Download registration form and have it completed by October 23, 2009
• Attendance to a mandatory orientation for groups re-registering is required during the Week of Welcome, Tuesday and Wednesday, September 22 – 23 and Saturday September 26, 2009. There will be workshops for officers to attend on Tuesday and Wednesday 22nd and 23rd and an all day on-campus Leadership Retreat scheduled Saturday the 26th. The Tuesday and Wednesday workshops can be divided up by officers, (for example: the treasurer can attend the finance workshop and the fundraising person can attend the accessing university funds workshop). There will be four or five workshops that an officer(s) will need to attend which will be applied towards the completion of registration. We will email the new officers the schedule this summer so that they can plan accordingly.
• Registration is complete once the organization/club:
  • Completes the on-line registration (by September 15, 2009);
  • Attends the required workshops scheduled on September 22nd, 23rd, and 26th.
  • Completes the registration form (signatures of officers and advisor required) and turns it in October 23, 2009 at the finance workshop;
  • Submits the registration fee of $50 by cash or check at the finance workshop if all of the above is completed on time or $75 if completed after October 23rd.
