The primary objective of the
African diasporic Cultural
Resource Center (AdCRC) is to
support the communities of the
African diaspora at the University
of California, Santa Barbara
(UCSB). The AdCRC strives to
assist in the holistic development
of students of the African
diaspora by focusing on six areas:
academic excellence, cultural
awareness, leadership development,
social involvement, spiritual
development, and proactive civic
engagement.
To train students in the art of
Ki-Aikido. Ki-Aikido encompasses
self-defense, coordination of mind
and body, mental and physical
discipline. Club holds weekly
practices, organizes seminars with
guest instructors and other events.
To promote leadership,
scholarship, and community

and testimonies of members of the
National Fraternity resulting in

Alpha Gamma Omega is a national
Christ-Centered
Fraternity. The Zeta Chapter was
founded at UCSB
in 1987. It is commited to
promoting Christian
ideals within the context of a
social fraternity.
alpha Kappa Delta Phi is the
first and only
Nationwide Asian American
Interest sorority.
With 44 chapters across the
nation, we continue
to be the fastest growing and
most sought after
Asian American interest
sorority. UC Santa
Barbara was granted its
charter on June 2, 2001 by its
National Board
becoming the 31st
chapter of aKDPhi and was
officially
recognized by the university and
the Local
Regional Fraternity and Sorority
Council on
October 9, 2002. Our purpose is
to promote
sisterhood, scholarship,
leadership, and Asian
awareness in the university and
community, while
encouraging the expression of the
individual.
