Freshman Session Program Options
There are three program options from which to choose. All program options include
meals in a campus dining commons.
Program With Accommodations - $207 per person -
includes one overnight and four meals on campus. The overnight is between
the two full days of the session. Accommodations will be provided
in an on-campus residence hall, double occupancy with students and parents
housed separately. Parent couples are roomed together, while parents attending
alone will be placed with another same-sex parent roommate.
Restrooms are not adjoined to bedrooms. Sheets, blankets, towels,
and pillow are provided. Orientation is intended for entering freshmen and their
parents or guardians only. We are unable to provide activities or accommodations
for younger family members. Residence hall space for our program is limited. Please
see the Program Only option below for alternative accommodations.
Program Only - $179 per person - includes the two-day Orientation
program and four meals on campus. This option is for those who make their own overnight
arrangements due to preference or because space is not available in the Program
With Accommodations. Local area accommodations
are listed on this website.
Sunday Arrival Option - $276 per person - includes two overnights
(Sunday and Monday) and six meals on campus. It is available during three designated
Monday-Tuesday sessions only. This option allows
more travel time since check-in is from 3:30 to 5:30pm on designated Sundays. Space
in this option is also limited.
Please note: Program fees for the Freshman Summer
Start Program Orientation are different from those listed on this page.
Transfer Session One-Day Program
$84 per person - includes lunch on campus. The sessions dates are
August 6, August 7, August 10, and August 11. Overnight accommodations on campus are
not available. Local area accommodations
