- Sign up for a table at OSL or call 893-4550.
- Your table will be labeled and layout maps will be available at the Student Life Information booth.
- Show up at around 9:30 am to set up.
- A colorful display will draw students to your table. Everything from boats to bicycles to video presentations is fine. If you need electricity, try to sign up at a table closer to walls to avoid running extension cords in walkways. Be sure to bring your own extension cords--the sponsors do not supply them.
- Provide organization handouts and newsletters.
- Have a sign-up list to gather names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers of interested students.
- Demonstrate sport or activity in designated areas.
- Display photos of organization activities.
- Provide hands-on participation such as games and quizzes.
- Give-away buttons, stickers, penny candy--you name it, they will want it
- Sell baked goods, pumpkins, soft drinks, t-shirts and more. Be sure to get a food/selling permit from the Office of Student Life.
