Stalking is repeated conduct directed at an individual (e.g., following, monitoring, observing, surveilling, threatening, communicating, or interfering with property) that would cause a reasonable person to fear for their safety, or the safety of others, or to suffer substantial emotional distress. Stalking can be of a sexual/romantic nature or be non-sexual in nature. Stalkers can be of any gender and their targets can be members of the same or opposite sex. Stalking is against the law AND University policy.
