A One-Time
request is for an item(s) which can be purchased without incurring additional
or ongoing costs.
Please submit your request online by completing the request form that
follows. The completed requests will be forwarded online to the Office
of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (VCSA) and the Student Fee Advisory
Committee (SFAC). SFAC will then review all requests, conduct interviews, and
make recommendations to the Chancellor regarding the one-time allocation
of student registration fees.
The following key dates have been established for the receipt and review
of the Student Services Budget Call:

| SFAC interviews: January 23, 2008 – February 12, 2008 |
| SFAC deliberations: February 13, 2008 – March 5, 2008 |
| Chancellor review the SFAC one-time recommendations and finalizes allocations Spring Quarter 2008 |
