General Announcements: Welcome Back UCSB UB students! Oct. 9th is the first Saturday College. We will be taking placement tests and attendance is mandatory. Don't forget your #2 pencils and calculators. We hope you had a nice break. 9th Grade Announcements: Keep up the good work! Continue to work hard in your classes and begin thinking about which classes you'll need to take next year. 10th Grade Announcements: This is where it counts! Remember that your sophomore and junior grades make up the GPA for college admissions. Now is the time to focus on your studies. 11th Grade Announcements: A busy year for all of you! Continue to work hard and get ready for those SAT's. You will receive SAT & ACT fee waivers later this year to take your tests in the spring. 12th Grade Announcements: Good job on getting all those applications in on time! Now is the time to begin completing the FAFSA and GPA Verification forms. Remember to ask your parents to gather the necessary information. Continue to search for and apply to as many scholarships as you can.
