The Women's Center Library features over 3,000 volumes of fiction and non-fiction books that deal specifically with women and women's issues including feminism, racism, sexuality, sexual assault, health, and reproductive rights.
We have a great variety of magazines and periodicals, including Out, Parenting, 10 Percent, Ms., Radiance, and The Bulletin.
We have our own File Maker Pro based computerized library catalog.
The Women's Center also houses 4 Netstations for your e-mail, web browsing and research convenience. You can even have the results of your searches sent to you via e-mail.
Our quiet, reading, rest and relaxation friendly environment is a great place to study, have lunch, or take a cat nap between classes. Come by and take advantage of one of UCSB's "best kept secrets".
The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity also houses a large collection of LGBT books, magazines in their library. The Center is located on the 3rd Floor of the Ucen.
