RPEP offers educational programs for your floor or hall! All programs are open to all genders, unless noted otherwise.

To schedule a group presentation:
  • Call 893-3778 and request a program
  • Give 2 possible date choices, your name, and phone number
  • Make an appointment to create a program for your specific needs

Program listings:


Be a Good Friend:

An interactive program focusing on how to help a friend or family member who has been sexually assaulted. This program includes Do's and Don'ts of listening skills, and valuable resources available on and off campus.

Don't Grab My Ass! A discussion on street harassment:

This program raises awareness on the types of sexual harassment people face on the streets of IV, and what can be done to combat it.

Guess the Rapist:

A group of acting men portray stereotypical masculine roles while the audience asks questions to determine which of the characters has committed a rape.

Introduction to Self-Defense program for women:

Our workshops are designed to be accessible for all ages and abilities and include information on the realities of violence in our community, particularly violence against women.

Love is in the Air, or is it?:

An interactive program on maintaining healthy romantic relationships.

Movie Night:

The Women’s Center has many movies available to check out. We are more than willing to arrange a movie showing followed by a discussion in your Residential Hall. Check out our Videos Recommended for RA’s section on our website!

RPEP Jeopardy!:

An interactive program that addresses some of the many myths about sexual violence and how to help a friend who has been sexually assaulted.

Sexy vs. Skanky- How popular culture says that violence against women is ok:

An interactive program where we play video clips, show advertisements, and play songs in order to expose sexism and violence against women that is so engrained in our popular culture.
