Dream Scholars should file the California Dream Act Application: https://dream.csac.ca.gov/ by the posted deadline (March 2nd of the year prior to enrollment) to be considered for financial aid.

Yes. Students who file a Dream Act Application will be asked similar questions to the FAFSA; if they are identified as 'dependent' students then parental income information is required.

The SLR process is exactly the same for all UCSB students (Undergraduate, Graduate, and Professional Students) both new and returning. Campus SLR procedures are provided on the Office of the Registrar website http://registrar.sa.ucsb.edu/residenc.aspx.
