Let's Be Real

This has been a difficult year. We are experiencing great stress as a global community: the COVID-19 pandemic has upended virtually every aspect of our lives, and we continue to wrestle with world issues such as climate change, the economy, health, migration, and peace and security (un.org). Furthermore, each of us has experienced unique individual stressors, and are likely also feeling the effects of incidents that have affected identities and communities that we are members of or care about.

This isn't meant to overwhelm you – it's intended to remind you that you are not alone! Navigating a particularly tumultuous election season has been particularly challenging given our heightened stress levels. This is why it's important to make intentional efforts to take good care of yourself and those around you.

In this section you will find events where you can reflect, process, and find community as the election season progresses. You will also find resources that you can reach out to for individualized guidance and support.
